A home remedy that is easy to make for anybody that's dealing with chronic acne and you check breakouts any type of rashes this is just perfect and it's super simple and easy to make this remedy I actually got it from my mom she gives this remedy out to anybody that she sees like that has really bad acne she'll go up to a stranger tell them oh my goodness do this this not and I know people that she's giving this remedy to and they have cleared out completely from bad severe acne I specifically wanted to make this video because I know a lot of us transplant patients suffer from acne due to prednisone and other medications that cause side effects so if you guys are interested in learning this quick and easy simple remedy then keep on watching for this acne remedy you're gonna need garlic tomato and a blender to make this tomato and garlic paste you do not need that much of garlic or tomatoes as you guys can see I have just a quarter of a tomato and honestly guys you guys can use as little tomato as you guys want it really does not have to be much I do always recommend to put at least one clove of garlic this is really important because it's really gonna be the garlic that's gonna be doing all the killing of the toxins in your skin and getting deep into your pores so I just chopped some of that tomato now I'm gonna chop some of my garlic and just toss it in there when I'm done now it's time to blend our tomato and garlic you want to blend it as much as possible the consistency should look watery now we're gonna let the pace sit for about five minutes after you had it sitting for five minutes the patient looks something around this consistency and now we're just gonna apply it to our face and guys you guys don't have to apply any specific type away we're not beauty gurus here we're just gonna take our hands and we're just gonna rub it all over our face guys now let me warn you your skin shouldn't burn but whenever you have acne your pimple will burn I had really bad acne around my nose and guys it was just on fire but that's how you know that this paste is working and it's going deep into your pores and just killing and cleaning everything out also guys the garlic won't burn around your eyes the smell can be a little annoying because nobody really likes the smell of garlic but it's going to be awkward that when your acne is all cleared up now we are going to let this paste it on our face for about two minutes at least [Music] so now my skin is feeling nice and fresh and has a very smooth touch tree to it I recommend that if you guys are dealing with chronic or severe acne that you want to do this remedy consistently every day or either every other day for about three months until it's completely gone I know you get a little tiring but just consistency is the key with this you want to do this as much as possible until it's completely gone I hope you guys enjoyed this video I hope you guys learn from it if you guys have any questions please leave them in the comments down below one last thing I would like to encourage you guys to take a before and after shot if you guys try this remedy at home I would love to see your journey and how your skin heals so thank you guys for watching once again and have a busy and beautiful day!
